✨ Salon Policies

At HAIR by Julie, my goal is to provide every client with a relaxing and personalized experience. To ensure fairness and respect for everyone’s time, please review the following policies.

📅 Booking Policy

All appointments must be booked through the online booking system to secure your appointment time.

Appointments are first come, first served. I recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for color services.

💳 Deposit Policy

A deposit is required for the following services:

• Balayage/Highlighting

• Extensions 

• Color corrections/ Color packages

• All Other Services

Deposits secure your appointment and are applied toward your service total.

Deposits are non-refundable but transferable if the appointment is rescheduled with proper notice.

⏰ Late Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or adjust their service to avoid affecting other appointments.

❌ Cancellation Policy

A 24-hour notice is required for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a 50% cancellation fee Before being allow to rebook.

🚫 No-Show Policy

Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Future appointments may require full prepayment.

👥 Guests & Children

To maintain a calm salon environment and ensure safety, please limit additional guests during your appointment.

Children must be supervised at all times.

🎨 Color Services

Please inform me if you have used:

• Box dye

• Henna

• Previous chemical treatments

This information is important to ensure safe and predictable color results.
